A lot of our clients ask about the secret behind the name of our brand. Before a few years, in a visit to Schönbrunn palace in Vienna, we became introduced to a famous pretty queen who stayed the palace during the 18th century. Empress of Austria was called “Sisi” and she was obsessively concerned with maintaining her hair and beauty, which was already legendary during her life. She was well known by her diamond star headpieces and Sisi’s star became a very popular jewel. There are 46 brilliant diamonds on each of the original stars which were designed by Alexander Köchert, the official jeweler of the Imperial and Royal Court. Empress of Austria, her strong beauty and her brilliant headpieces were enough to inspire and encourage us to name our brand “SISI “! Today, our brand aims to continue to reflect our main values of personal expression, customization, handcrafting techniques and an incredible love for beautiful bridal details.
