Local orders (inside Bahrain):
This policy is fully complied with the rules and regulations of the relevant department of Consumer Protection, in kingdom of Bahrain.
– Defective merchandise must be returned sealed, within 15 days of your receipt for either exchange or refund.
– Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.
– If you wish to refund or exchange the product in accordance with the conditions below, please keep the original receipt for purchase. All refunds shall be issued in the same mode as of Original Payment.
– Cash refund request accepted only in-case if the item does not conform to the legally approved specifications or whatever been agreed for. Therefore, we would like to draw the attention of our customers to check the product before the completion of the purchase process. Once the customer confirms it is in excellent condition, it will be packed and sealed. After packaging no refund request will be entertained.
– Items exchange or cash refund within 15 days from the date of purchase, considering the mentioned conditions, are subject to sole approval of SISI HEADPIECES.
International orders:
– Please pay attention that you have to inspect the headpiece immediately after receiving it.
We accept exchange, only if the item is damaged (not due to carelessness with handling), or if it’s not same as it is described by us. In this case, you will need to contact and notify us within 24 hours of item receipt. After 24 hours of receipt, any damages to the item will fully be under the responsibility of the buyer.
– Please choose your item(s) carefully and read the item description and measurements. Due to the delicate nature of the pieces we create, we cannot accept refunds at this time for the international orders.
