- How long does the shipping take?

If your item is available, you will receive it within less than 10 days.

- I purchased multiple items. How many SISI boxes will I receive?

We usually pack the multiple items of an order in the least number of boxes.

If you would like a separate SISI box for each of your purchased items, you will need to make a separate purchase for each item, so shipping is paid completely for each different item.

- I have a question about my current order. What should I do?

- How will look my purchased item?

We know that you have purchased a SISI headpiece, because we and you have a common belief that a handmade item is made with a special passion and high care.
Please keep in mind that as our products are created with lots of attention to details, they are made by hand and are subject to a few slight variations from piece to piece.
For measurements, we strongly recommend you to take the time to read the item’s description prior to purchase so you are not surprised by the actual size of the piece when it arrives.
Since items are handmade, the measurements, colors and the whole look may vary slightly (less than 10% difference). It is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to read the item measurements.

- What if I did not receive my headpiece after the end of shipping time interval?

- What if I receive an incorrect order or damaged headpiece. What can I do?

When you receive your headpiece, please inspect it immediately. You have 24 hours from the time of receipt to notify us of any errors.
If you receive the incorrect piece or if your product arrived damaged please contact us as soon as possible.

After 24 hours of receipt, any damages to the item will be responsibility of the buyer.

- How do I take care of my SISI Headpiece?

Please protect it from getting wet and keep away from direct sunlight and high humidity. They are not washable and we only recommend spot tissue cleaning if it’s necessary.


Handle the headpiece with care as they are delicate. Please take care not to drop or shake the headpiece and do not attempt to bend too much to avoid breaking.


Always store the item in its box unless when you want to wear it.


Do not expose the SISI headpiece to the chemicals, hair spray, hair gels and creams.

- What are the components used to build a SISI Headpiece?

The components are chosen carefully with a very high attention to the quality. Components such as Zircon, Swarovski, Perciosa and Micro zircon AAA crystals.

- How secure is the SISI website?

We use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) and we never disclose any personal information about our customers to anyone.
